Maxwell Hill (Bukit Larut) is Malaysia's oldest and smallest hill resort. With an height of 1035m, experience the breathtaking view of the greenery below. Temperatures hovers around 15°C - 25°C, with nights sometimes dipping to 10°C. Besides cool air, low misty clouds and the sounds of the forest, together with a cascading waterfall at its foot certainly add to its appeal.
Maxwell Hill is named after George Maxwell, a British resident of Perak who sought a hill station to escape from the heat of the lowlands, a hundred years ago.
